A bespoke collective process

Team coaching

Co-design a process around cohesion, communication, shared service standards or values, collective action plans and a common vision. Coaching is delivered by video call and scoped for hospitality teams.

Let’s talk

The challenge

Cross-department service depends on a team’s ability to make sense of a common goal, communicate and turn shared intentions into workable agreements.

What we work towards

  • Clarify a common objective and the meaning attached to it.
  • Strengthen cohesion, mutual understanding and communication across the team.
  • Co-design shared rules, values, action plans or a collective vision according to the agreed need.

Inside the programme

A few useful answers.

How are the tools and workshops selected?

They are chosen according to the team’s objectives, context and expected deliverables rather than applied as a fixed package.

Is this the same as the Motivate and engage course?

No. Team coaching is a bespoke collective process. Motivate and engage is a separate management training course.

Is the duration fixed?

No. The two-day reference is adjusted to the team’s size, objectives and agreed scope.
