Communication styles and driving forces

DISC

Understand the four DISC behavioural styles, examine individual driving forces and prepare concrete ways to adapt communication with guests, colleagues and managers.

Let’s talk

The challenge

Under service pressure, communication is easier when people can recognise behavioural preferences and adjust without reducing someone to a label.

What we work towards

  • Identify the four DISC styles and their main communication characteristics.
  • Analyse one’s own profile and driving forces through a personalised report and debrief.
  • Build practical relationship adjustments for guests, colleagues and managers.
