Self-awareness applied to team management

Enneagram

Use the nine Enneagram bases as a reflection framework to adapt communication, feedback, delegation, motivation and authority within a service team.

Let’s talk

The challenge

A diverse team may not respond to the same message, feedback or delegation approach in the same way.

What we work towards

  • Understand the nine bases and examine one’s own strengths and development areas.
  • Explore team profiles with each colleague involved in identifying their own profile.
  • Adapt communication, feedback, delegation, motivation and management stance without labelling people.

Inside the programme

01

Review the nine bases

Revisit each participant’s base, strengths and development areas as a framework for reflection rather than diagnosis.

02

Explore the team

Identify the profiles represented in the team while involving colleagues in understanding their own profile.

03

Adapt management

Apply the framework to communication, feedback, coaching, motivation, delegation, reframing and use of authority.
