The challenge

A manager on the floor needs to set a clear framework while supporting people through the everyday realities of service.

What we work towards

  • Set a clear framework based on responsibilities, rules and service values.
  • Give constructive feedback, recognise contributions and address gaps appropriately.
  • Use delegation, follow-up and one-to-ones while adapting communication to the colleague.
