Non-financial motivation and team mobilisation

Motivate and engage

Work on non-pay recognition, a shared service vision, coaching plans, mediation and practical ways to re-engage a colleague.

Let’s talk

The challenge

Engagement cannot rest on pay alone. Managers also need a clear collective direction, useful recognition and ways to address conflict or disengagement.

What we work towards

  • Use non-financial motivation levers to build a practical management action plan.
  • Set a challenge and structure a motivating collective message around a shared service vision.
  • Support professional development, mediate conflict and help a disengaged colleague take responsibility again.
